About The Event
The Embody Love Movement™ is a non-profit organization whose mission is:
To empower girls and women to celebrate their inner beauty, commit to kindness,
and contribute to meaningful change in the world.
The Inner Beauty Shop™ is a 2-3 hour experiential program for girls 12-18. Love-In, Shine-Out is a 1-1.5 hour interactive program for girls 7-12 years old. Both programs include:
- Media Literacy
- Mindfulness skills
- Committing to Compassion
- Changing the conversation towards "I have a purpose"
