Low back pain and discomfort can be a hindrance to enjoying everyday life and the large muscles in the legs and hips impact how our low back functions and feels. Emily will guide you through a series of traditional yoga postures, targeted stretches and unique foam rolling skills to help you release low back tension and lengthen and rehydrate the muscles and fascia of the low body.
Foam Rollers will be provided.
