Join Emily for a 75 minute vinyasa flow where you will layer the benefits of yoga and the restorative properties of foam rolling. This versatile prop will be used to liberate your legs, shoulders, and hip muscles through myofascial release, improve circulation and strengthen the body.
You'll leave this workshop with that wonderful "ahhhhh" feeling of a yoga class with all the sweet added benefits of massage. Foam rollers will be provided. Space is limited!
